In the tradition of the great printmaker Eric Thake, I created Celebration card Lino prints. I copied the size of his prints, the tongue in cheek humour and the black and white paired-down style of his works. This series plays with the detritus of human fun, all various elements and recognisable of people partying. They are Dubbo locals, are common in our yards, delighting us when they make an appearance and they too hate the rubbish.
