Botanical is the “Silver princess gumtree” Eucalyptus caesia,

Fauna is a Turquoise Budgie - Melopsittacus undulatus.

Seemingly the most sensible and majestic of the coloured Budgies, this turquoise bird is attempting a risky landing on a spindly gum branch, it is a perilous choice. Here there is impending mess to come upon the gumtree tablecloth where the glow of a calm hot sunrise shining from the tablecloth.

Sold unframed, each image will be signed and dated as per convention. There are only 12 of these prints being made. I have sold 4 at the time of writing this.

Lino block artworks go through a rigorous process when they are being printed and allow the artist to create multiple prints. When a print is ordered, it will look mostly like the image presented on the website, following the same colour scheme, but due to the process of hand painting, the blending of tones and colours will be some variation between the prints. There will be dents in the paper made by the Lino Block making an impression on the page, this is a part of the material practice leaving the paper slightly embossed. When purchasing unframed artworks, some printmaking marks may appear in the unprinted portion of the page, these should be covered when the work is mounted/framed.
