Botanical is the “Silver princess gumtree” Eucalyptus caesia,

Fauna is a Budgie - Melopsittacus undulatus.

A weightless composition of bird in flight and the uplifted branch of a silver dollar gum. When focussing on the image in Black and White, one notices there is much movement in the floral tablecloth with the gum flowers appearing to float down and the motion of the wings slowing the forward flight so it can come to rest on the branch.

Sold unframed, each image will be signed and dated as per convention. This is in an edition of 100 prints.

Lino block artworks go through a rigorous process when they are being printed and allow the artist to create multiple prints. There will be dents in the paper made by the Lino Block making an impression on the page, this is a part of the material practice leaving the paper slightly embossed. When purchasing unframed artworks, some printmaking marks may appear in the unprinted portion of the page, these should be covered when the work is mounted/framed.
